A set of documents for customs clearance of goods at regimes of domestic and international customs transit.
1. Waybill of international sample (bill of lading, CMR, railway consignment note, etc.) - original.
2. Invoice (invoice or proforma invoice) - the original, certified by an original stamp (seal) of the Seller and containing the following information:
- Invoice number and date of preparation
- The names and mailing addresses of the Seller and the Buyer
- Contract number and date of its conclusion
- Delivery terms
- Name and product code of HS
- Type and number of packages and information on their labeling
- Gross Weight / Net Weight
- Total price of the goods (subject to terms of delivery)
3. Power of Attorney for "agents" on the right of the declaration, inspection, receiving and sending goods of the buyer - the original.
4. In the cases under the orders of the FCS of Russia may be required: veterinary certificate, a phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, sanitary certificate, certificate of quality, permits of state authorities in Russia (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health, etc.)
5. Packing lists - the original.
6. Copy of certificate of Statistics codes of OKPO and SOATO.
7. A copy of the certificate of registration from the tax authority entity.
8. A copy of the Certificate of state registration of legal persons.
9. copy of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer and the supplementary agreements thereto (if required) with a certified translation into Russian.

1. Release for free circulation of foreign goods imported into Russia.
2. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer and the supplementary agreements thereto (if required) with a certified translation into Russian.

4. Invoice (invoice or proforma invoice), containing the following information:

Invoice must be certified by an original stamp (seal) of the Seller.
5. Invoices for transportation, insurance, loading and unloading, warehousing, etc., if these costs were not included in the invoice in accordance with the condition of supply.
6. Charter of the enterprise.
7. Statement from the Statistical Office of codes of OKPO and SOATO.
8. Certificate from the bank on the availability of currency and ruble accounts showing details of the bank and the Buyer.
9. Certificate of registration from the tax authority entity.
10. Certificate of state registration of legal persons.
11. Passport of import deal.
12. Packing lists.
13. Payment order for payment of customs duties and taxes, including codes of OKPO, IIN of the Buyer.
14. In the case of advance payment for the goods under the contract it is required payment documents for this payment, with copies of extracts from personal accounts, certified by the Director of the company, the Chief Accountant and the original seal of the Buyer.
15. Power of attorney to employee of "AGENT" with indication of the personal passport data, for the right of the declaration and cargo examination.
16. Power of Attorney for "agents" on the right to receive and send goods to the consignee.
17. Certificate of Conformity (Safety) for items requiring confirmation of their safety in the importation into the territory of Russia.
18. Certificate of origin (if necessary).
19. In cases of statutory of FCS of Russia, may be required veterinary certificate, a phytosanitary certificate, sanitary certificate, regulatory approvals in Russia (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Health, etc.), classification decisions of customs authorities on the classification of goods under the HS.
If a company is issued on the Baltic Customs for the first time, it is necessary in addition to provide the following documents:
- Charter Company
- Order appointing directors and accountants
- Balance sheet for the last reporting period, with the stamp tax service
- Certificate of Registration Chamber
For the customs import regime in the original should be: invoices, packing lists, waybill, and all other documents - either original or notarized copies.

15. Licenses, Certificates and other permits necessary for the export licensing and strategic goods.
16. In cases of statutory of FCS of Russia, may be requested permission of Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Culture. Ministry of Health and others, veterinary certificate, sanitary certificate, a phytosanitary certificate.
