1992 year In St. Petersburg, at Rimskogo-Korsakova Ave., building 39 a company starts in order to supply Russian oil and gas plants (UPTKO) with domestic components. Also in the process of working with oil and gas industry tough questions are faced in terms of transportation and forwarding of goods delivered.

The company departs completely from trading activities and arranges the transport of imported components to joint ventures of oil and gas complex of JSC NizhnevartovskNeftegaz, NGDU TPP "KogolymNeftegaz", JSC "KomiNeft, JSC "VaryeganNeftegaz", JSC "Bashneft", Labytnangi, Bridas Corporation (Argentina), etc.

The company becomes a member of the Russian Freight Forwarders Association, a member of the Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region. It participates in the drafting of the transport corridor "North-Center-South" under the patronage of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

The company accepts the offer and becomes the exclusive representative in Russia of the American company SeaLand Logistics. Long-term cooperation with the company SeaLand Logistics has a wealth of experience in transportation of various cargoes to the most remote regions of Russia. Work on projects of humanitarian and technical assistance between Russia and the United States, focusing on the draft of CTR regarding agreement between Russia and the USA on mutual disarmament.

A representative office is opened in the U.S. (Michigan). ICF GROUP comes to international level. It is realizing large multi-year project to supply paint lines and equipment at JSC "Gorkovsky Automobile Plant".

It was opened a representative office in Moscow. Relationships established contacts throughout Russia, agency agreements were signed with foreign transport companies. Most of them are now working, representing the interests of ICF GROUP in different parts of the world.

The flow of export cargo increases. The company is working on a long term basis with plants: JSC "Severstal", JSC "Pervouralsky Novotrubny Zavod", LLC "United Metallurgical Company", JSC "Production Association" PetroNeftSpetsKonstruktsiya ", OJSC" Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant ", OJSC "Taganrog Metallurgical Plant", JSC "Magnitogorsk Hardware-Metallurgical Plant", JSC "Seversky Pipe Plant", JSC "Vyskunsky Metallurgical Plant", JSC "Cherepovets Steel-Rolling Plant", OJSC "Novosibirsk Tin Combine", JSC "Kyshtym Electrolytic Copper Plant", JSC "Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant" and provides transportation services in both import and export cargo. The main part of turnover is metal goods. Cargo traffic goes through all customs transitions in Russia (Far East, Black Sea Basin, railway crossings of Chop, Brest, North-west).
